COLLABORATIVE DESIGN
The professionals at BMP realize that no two employer groups are alike.  With this in mind, we work with our clients well in advance of the event to ensure a successful screening with not only high participation levels but also high participant satisfaction ratings.  

PRE-SCREENING PREP
Clients receive pre-screening preparation information and forms for participants explaining the purpose of the screening as well as how to prepare and what to expect the day of the screening. This pre-screening prep packet also explains the reporting and privacy aspects of the event.

SCREENING   
The lab testing portion of the screening is accomplished using a simple fingerstick which involves minimal pain and results within about five minutes.   A complete listing of all testing is available by request.  Use the Contact Us form on this site or reach us by telephone at (409) 218-9590. 

PARTICIPANT REPORTS and E⁴ Coaching
On-Site Results - easy to understand resulting document given to each participant

On-Site Health Coaching - utilizing BMP's E4 Coaching technique:  Engage, Educate, Encourage - Empower

Re-Engagement Report Mailed to Participant  which includes results, educational information, gender and age appropriate preventative calendar

Results Mailed to participant's physician if requested/authorized

EMPLOYER REPORTING
Both by location and in the aggregate or as requested...also available to broker and TPA

PHYSICIAN PACKETS
When a participant is unable to participate on the day of the screening , physician packets are available at a one-time additional charge for setup and administration.  Physician packets need to be requested prior to the date of the screening.

FEEDBACK MECHANISM
Biometrics Plus is ALWAYS interested in improving upon the services it offers to both the participant and client.  In order to facilitate feedback, bot the client and randomly selected participants are surveyed following the screening.  This data is used to continually improve our level of service and is key to our continued success!
